Think of this as a diary writing exercise - write for yourself and to yourself.

Bookmark this page if you're going to get to it later.

Send it to us us a week before your session and latest a day before your session.

Once you click submit you'll receive a copy of your reflection at the email you indicated.

Your reflection is read only by our founder. We treat this as sacred.

If you want your reflection to be deleted after our session, check the box at the end. Remember this means if you return for coaching or LifePlanning we have to start over.

Here's your prompt:
Recall moments in your life when you felt fully alive.
What were you doing at the time? Were you with someone or alone? What was the environment like? What did it feel like in your body? Go back as far as you can, especially childhood to uncover these moment and write one paragraph for each moment. Write at least five moments. Send it to us at least a day before your meeting.
